With the exhibition “Strawberry Field to Killing Fields” I bear witness to the intertwined devastation of Gaza’s lands and its people.Fields once produced fruit in abundance with strawberries, known as “red gold”, a testament to the resilience and hope of the Palestinian people who are rooted in the soil.

Today those fields lie scorched and barren, reduced to killing fields by the relentless violence of genocide.

Within this general acknowledgment, the exhibition seeks to make visible the ashlaa of conflict and a complicit media seeking to obscure the truth by spinning a distorted narrative in order to silence the stories of the oppressed. The exhibition particularly explores the plight of child prisoners, among those most silenced. Like all Palestinian people they remain entangled in the fate of their land.
